Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping dates are referenced when viewing a product. All items are made to order with most products being customized. For this reason, processing times vary. When ordering more than one item, your processing time will be based on the longest item. Please order items separately if you need something sooner. Purchasing an expedited shipping option provides a quicker shipping time once your item is created and ready to ship (it does not decrease our processing time).

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight/dimensions of order. Shipping timeframe and delivery window will also be provided. Should you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Duties and taxes are not included in international shipping rates.
